The juvenile bobcat reached Micke Grove Zoo on Friday night

Micke Grove Zoo is thrilled to inform you that the Zoo is housing a rescued juvenile bobcat who we received on Friday night, 13 December 2013.

This young male was found as a kitten in the wild. He was rescued by wildlife rehabbers in Arizona when they noticed that he was too young to fend for himself in the wild.

The animal care staff is working on renovating his enclosure to provide him with opportunities to climb high, to bask in the sun and to rest in the shade.
